Emergency Medical Services Administrative Officer

Job Summary
The Town of Wilton is seeking qualified applicants to fill the newly created position of ‘EMS Administrative Officer.’ This position reports directly to the Town Administrator with responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

- Develop and manage the operating budget and capital equipment needs for the Town of Wilton Ambulance & EMS.
- Prepare payroll time sheets, approve all invoices, order supplies, schedule and monitor staff training and maintain personnel records.

As the Ambulance service is part of an Inter-Municipal Agreement with the Towns of Greenfield, Lyndeborough and Temple, budget development and control are important and the successful applicant must be familiar with Revolving Fund accounts, so Municipal experience is desirable.

Interested applicants should also have a knowledge of or experience in the field of Emergency Medical Services. Salary commensurate with experience.
