VOTER QUALIFICATIONS
Residents who claim Wilton as their domicile, who are United States citizens, and who will be 18 years or older on election day, are eligible to vote. There is no minimum period of time you are required to have lived in town before being allowed to register.
Your domicile is that place, more than any other, where you sleep most nights of the year, or where you intend to return after a temporary absence.
Examples of temporary absence include:

Military and overseas voters

Residents of nursing, convalescent, hospital and long term care facilities

Persons incarcerated
