Due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis, and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, all Wilton Boards and Committees are authorized to meet electronically.
The preferred platform for electronic meetings that Wilton has chosen is Zoom, which provides both two-way video (via a computer and Internet connection) and the ability to connect via a telephone. Alternatively, you can choose to hold your meeting via a telephone conference call. Many boards are using
FreeConferenceCall.com. Once you set up an account, you will be able to provide attendees with a dial-in number and passcode that will remain constant for all your meetings.
NOTE: whether you use a conference call or Zoom, you
must include the access information in the body of your meeting notice when it is published on the Town Calendar.
