At the Wilton Town Meeting on March 10th, 2022, all the warrant article passed, with the exception of Article 23 on whether the town should switch to the SB2 form of government, which was defeated by a resounding 133-6 vote. The following two articles were amended:
-- Article 13 was amended to include the requirement for a Public Hearing before any money is expended from the fund.
-- Article 24 on the Veterans Tax Credit was increased to $750.
During the meeting, Kermit Williams presented Sandy Lafleur with the Wilton Citizen of the Year Award for all of her volunteer efforts for the town. Congratulations, Sandy!
