PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF WILTON PLANNING BOARD
Notice is given in accordance with RSA Sections 675:3 and 675:7 that the Town of Wilton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Florence Rideout Elementary School, 18 School Street, to consider the following:
Amendments to the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws
(requires a public hearing and approval of the Planning Board)
- AMEND the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws, Section B – Subdivision Regulations
The Subdivision Regulations have been amended to include a Preapplication and Design Review Provision that encourages a potential applicant to discuss their proposal and seek guidance with the Planning Board. The discussions are non-binding and are expected to streamline the application review process.
- AMEND the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws, Section D - Site Plan Regulations
The Site Plan Regulations have been amended to include a Preapplication and Design Review Provision that encourages a potential applicant to discuss their proposal and seek guidance with the Planning Board. The discussions are non-binding and are expected to streamline the application review process.
- AMEND the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws, Appendix III – Application Fee Schedule & Other Charges
Appendix III – Application Fee Schedule & Other Charges have been amended based on the increased cost for public noticing and regional planning review.
- AMEND the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws, Appendix IX – Subdivision Plan Review Application
Appendix IX – Subdivision Plan Review Application has been amended to include the preapplication and design review provisions.
- AMEND the Wilton, New Hampshire Land Use Laws, Appendix XI – Site Plan Review Application
Appendix XI – Site Plan Review Application has been amended to include the preapplication and design review provisions.
